When you ask us for a quote we may collect your name, phone number, email, your vehicle’s details, the address where the vehicle is located, and any photos you choose to send through the form. We do not collect more than we need to give you a quote and arrange a pickup.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange the pickup, and keep records that we need to keep under NSW motor-dealer and tax law. We do not sell your details to anyone, ever.
We share information only where we have to, with the tow truck driver collecting your vehicle, with our accountant, or where the law requires us to (for example, NSW police checks on vehicle identity).
