If there are parts in the shed that go with it, mention them. Loose panels, a spare gearbox, a set of wheels in the corner. Those usually add to the figure rather than take away from it.
Getting to the car is often the harder part of the job around here. Deep blocks with a shed at the back, driveways built for a 1960s sedan, paddocks that turn to mud after rain, vehicles that have sunk into the ground where they sit.
